I think you should give a few tips to our beloved Ms. Spears. What on earth was she thinking? Some celebs try to pull this look off and what they don't understand is that it doesn't work for anybody. Wear a $700.00 sweater and trying to pull off the homeless look just is not cutting it. If only she checked out J Lamore she would be a happier and better dressed person!
