Easy, Inexpensive Entertaining

I've discovered, thanks to a friend, an easy, inexpensive, and delicious entertaining idea. Did you know that you can buy pizza dough from your local pizzeria for $2-$3? For last minute get-togethers, my husband and I buy 2-3 doughs from our favorite pizzeria, then do the following:
-brush some olive oil on cookie sheets
-press dough onto cookie sheets
-spread jarred spaghetti sauce to within 1 inch of edges
-sprinkle your favorite toppings (we like mozzarella cheese, italian sausage, and pancetta)
-bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20min
The result is a delicious, hot, homemade pizza with a pizzeria-quality crust! Open a bag of salad and a bottle of red wine (or two..ok, or three), and you've got yourself a pizza party!
