United Airline Breaks Guitars

As a fairly seasoned traveler, I was completely cracked up by this funny video. Approximately one year ago, this musician was on a United flight on his way to a gig in Nebraska. While waiting on the plane in Chicago's O'Hare airport, he noticed out the window the baggage handlers throwing guitar cases! His guitar cases! One of his guitars was damaged and needed repairs totaling over $1200! United denied his requests for reimbursement so he took matters into his own hands creating this hilarious song and video regarding the incident.

Apparently, United has seen the video and loved it! They would like to use it for future training purposes on how not to treat customers. Fantastic! Maybe there's hope for all of us.
