Parameter Ruffle Sleeve Blouse
I just got this Parameter "Ruffle Sleeve" Blouse last week - it's so cute! I tried it on with a pair of dark jeans, the Boutique 9 "Lowan" Pumps, and a pair of dangly gold earrings. As Amanda K. said, it would be a great outfit for night out with the girls or a first date. I love it!
