I need some spring color!

I'm feeling really excited that spring is here! I'm so sick of all my winter clothes. I feel like I have been living in only three colors since November...black, gray, and brown. When I set my eyes on this Fashionista "Bubble Sleeve" Blouse I knew I had to have it because of the vibrant color!
