Party Dress

I love the new Rhys Dwfen "Steven" Dress!!! I saw it in the store last time I was in and I immediately fell in love!! This little dress is the perfect party dress, and what better party to wear it to then a New Years Eve one!! I love this dress with the Boutique 9 "Tunika Gold" Pump and brown tights. Hot look miss stylist Jess!
