Fashion for Autism. . . !

Hi Everyone: J. LaMore, The Rock Agency, and Ranghart Clothing all worked hard and put together a fashion show to raise money for Autism. A very worthy cause!

Raquel Repka, the owner of the Rock Agency, called one day and asked for my help, and of course, I jumped into action and agreed to supply 30 outfits for 15 models. The show was at a huge Night Club called "Scatz." I had never been to Scatz before and I must say the place is gigantic and a fantastic place for a fashion show.

As usual, when going to a place where hundreds of people are going and we're putting on a fashion show representing J. LaMore and jlamore.com, I want to look my best as well as put on a great show. Our number one goal was to raise money for Autism.

Unfortunately, Jessica and I never get to really enjoy the shows we put on as we're always back stage making everything perfect for the audience. However, it's exciting back stage with all the controlled chaos going on with hair & makeup, fittings, models, you name it, it's happening! We both love it!

And then, when the shows over, we have to bag everything up and get out of the way for the DJ who's next in line to put on a show. Putting on a great fashion show is a ton of work and we can only relax when all the clothing, handbags, accessories, etc., are locked safely away in the new J. LaMore van we bought for Lookbook shoots and fashion shows. Without Jessica there to help and work hard we never would have been able to do it. Thanks 'Jessicat'!

I'm not sure how much money was raised for Autism, but from the word on the street, everyone was happy.
