What a fabulous new top by Qi Cashmere! I love the sheer eyelet look to it, very feminine. I have tried this top on and it feels amazing, very light weight, perfect for a warm summer day.

I see that it is made 100% of bamboo which is really interesting. I've never owned anything like that before. It feels just like cotton!

Playboy Mansion Party. . . !

Hi Everyone.. . . I'm back in the groove of things again after taking some time off and being away from all my friends at jlamore.co. I just read that Amanda in NY is going to the Playboy Mansion for a party! WOW!

I've lived in LA for the past ten years and have been dying to go to one of those parties. You must know the right people. They are big events in LA and they get lots of press and celebs who attend. I'll have to look it up and see what kind of party it is. The usually publicize them and lots of them are charity events. Pricey too! I heard you can buy a table at an event for $25,000. Hef and everyone will stop buy your table and make an introduction, etc. Way to go Amanda!

I have been searching the "whats new" on the site and the Susana Monaco Polka Dot dress is very cute. I think you could wear that dress day or night for any occasion. It's definetely sexy and very stylish. (I love all the new stuff by the way Jennifer.)

"Exciting Travel Plans"

Yes, Jennifer, to answer your question... I am on the move again!!! I have been back in NYC for about a week but am heading to LA on Friday; and friends, I AM FREAKING OUT!!! I’m going to a party at the Playboy Mansion on Saturday (not the pajama party), and I have no clue what to wear!!! I was just invited last night (definitely not enough notice for me to find the perfect outfit). Can anyone help? What do I wear to the mansion?? Of course I want to be sexy and fun but CLASSY and TASTEFUL too! ...I rarely feel out of my element, but this has thrown me!! I would love some suggestions!

...Sunday I'll be courtside at the Lakers game. That should be an easier outfit to plan - great jeans and a stellar top!

All I own is black shoes and I'm bored with all of them. I love these Boutique 9 "Natural Pony" Pumps. They would go perfect with my little black dresses. I love wearing black tights and leggings with a funky shoe to top off my outfit.

I purchased this Poleci suit to take on my trip to Paris in January. It was perfect for a day of chic shopping in the city! Although I purchased it specifically for Paris, I have worn it so many times to work at J. LaMore! I have it on today and I love it. The jacket is especially great with a sexy pair of jeans.

Well, we are officially on baby-watch. Our third little girl could arrive any day now! I am so excited to get back into some J. Lamore clothes! The winter weather in Miami is perfect for all of the new items cropping up on the site. (warm and breezy) If I had to pick a favorite outfit, it would be the Miss Me "Jean Knee" Shorts paired with the Susana Monaco "Pleated Urban Crew" Top. What to wear to class....

It's 8:45 AM and I'm off to class!! What to wear?? Luckily this weekend I got the new Troo "Chopper Yoga" Hoodie. This hoodie is perfect to throw on over a tank and under my jacket. I love my new ABS "Square Neck" Dress! I wore it for the first time last night for my birthday dinner.

I was lucky enough to make a stop into J. LaMore yesterday and I finally was able to buy the Susana Monaco "String Babydoll" Top. I love it!! I wore it last night with my Miss Me "Montague" Jeans. Since I just had girls over at my house I didn't have the chance to pair it with any hot pumps yet, but I was wearing a bright pink polish on my toes, so i realized that this top+flip flops+a bright polish= a fun summer outfit!! Hello Everyone!


I am feeling so out of touch with the gang! I had an incredibly crazy January! I was in Key West, Los Angeles, and Paris! I am home now and happy to be back in the swing of things.


Paris was amazing, one of the most beautiful cities I have been to. Our favorite ritual after a long day of site seeing was to stop at one of the local brasserie's for wine, cheese, and of course a french baguette! I wore this Black Halo dress to a dinner cruise on the Seine River. It was so perfect. I felt very chic and parisian!

NYC Baby

I am counting down the days until I will be in NYC. I can't wait! What woman does not love a city full of fine fashion, trendy restaurants, fabulous bars, and business men. Yes of course I still love my man, but wow it really should be called the city of lust. For me I lust over all the incredible shops.

Amanda, You have to let me know the hot spots in the city. I have two girl friends that live in New York, one that lives in Long Island the other in Manhattan. Restaurants, shops in SOHO, any place that you LOVE!

As of course we all know NYC is the mecca for tredy fashion. The Billy Blues "High Waist Wide Leg" Pant would be a hit in the City. Hi Friends!

I feel like I’ve been out of the loop for a while… I’ve been traveling nonstop, including a trip to Vegas for my birthday, a trip to Phoenix for the Super Bowl, and a trip to LA for the Grammy’s! I’m back at home for a while, which feels nice for a change. …I agree with Caitlen’s assessment of the red carpet at the Grammy’s, especially Rihanna in her electric blue dress and Fergie in her long and elegant canary yellow ensemb. Both looked so beautiful in person, but I really loved the “swing” in Rihanna’s skirt – very fun and young!

I have a relaxing trip to Santa Monica coming up this week. I took advantage of J. LaMore’s great sale and picked up a pair of white jeans by Immortality and a second pair of the Cindy Says "Beck" sandals (I bought a pair last summer but practically wore them out)! I also have the Susana Monaco "Bombshell Halter" dress, which will definitely get packed. And I think the new Billy Blues "Pork Chop" shorts are another must for a relaxing, low-key beach trip.

I hope all of the friends are getting through the last bursts of winter. My perfect remedy for winter blues: SPRING SHOPPING. Check out the What's New section for some fun shorts, easy tops, and breezy dresses!
