Love This Look. . . !

Hi Jennifer & Jessica: You both have such a great sense of style and I love how you put the outfits together for me. You make it so easy to stay on top of the trends especially for people like me who work too much and don't have time.

I really love this look! It's sexy and comfortable and I think I can pull it off. I can't wear it to work but I can on the weekends!

I have a new boyfriend and I'm going to need the help and a hot new look!

Wide Leg Pants

I'm loving the Fashionista "Stone Slouch" Trouser! So cute! I've been seeing that wide leg pants are on a comeback! I still love my leggings and skinny jeans but, these will give me more options while trying to get dressed every morning!

Style

Sarah Jessica Parker has a great sense of style!
I love the new trendy way that she layered her tube dress over a casual striped t-shirt. It's the perfect way to dress down any piece.

Sky

I was watching The Real Housewives of Orange County on bravo! All five women on the show are beautiful and well dressed. As I was watching I noticed that Sky is worn by the characters frequently! I just love that!

American Idol

Anyone watch American Idol??? I'm curious what you guys think about the group and the results last night. I don't want to mention any names in case you didn't get to see the show last night. Let me know and then I'll weigh in on the bottom 3.

Good Dog

Well, I went to visit my neighbors this morning about the dog. Much to my surprise, they have 2 dogs that bark. No wonder I couldn't tell where the barking was coming from. These little guys run all over their back yard like energizer bunnies just yipping and barking the whole time. I told them we could hear the barking very clearly in our house and it's starting to get a little frustrating listening to it all day and all night. They seemed a little irritated with me but they did agree to monitor the dogs more closely and to be more aware of the hours in which the dogs are barking. I'm happy to report that so far, so good. It's been almost 2 hours and no barking. The real test will be if my little girl can get both naps in without any barking in the background. I'll keep you posted.

Barking dog. . . !

Hi Max: That's so sad that people let a dog bark like that. It's probably scared and bored. I would contact the owners and let them know about it. I always think about the people who work a night shift and have to sleep in the day.

You have to talk to the owners.

Barking Dog . . .

I can't believe I'm blogging about this but I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what else to do. Here's the deal . . .

About a week ago a dog started barking in my neighborhood. "Bark" doesn't really describe this noise appropriately - it's more of a very high pitched yip that could shatter glass! I don't mind the occasional barking dog but this is constant - darn thing starts barking at 6:30 in the morning and we've heard it bark as late as 10:00PM! I know, I know, I'm not that old, 10:00 shouldn't be a big deal but when you have a 9mo. old baby that goes to bed at 7:00, 10:00 is suddenly a very big deal. This morning at 6:26 when the dog woke me up, I ran outside to see if I could find it/it's home/it's negligent owners and I narrowed my search down to 2 homes. I came home and settled down and decided to revisit the homes later in the morning so as not to say anything I might regret. Of course when I returned the neighbors were gone. I plan to go back around dinner time. I know it sounds crazy that I can't figure out which yard the barking is coming from but it's really hard to tell. I thought about peeking over the fence but I don't want anyone to think I've completely lost it. If I have to listen to that dog another day, I really am going to lose it though.

If you have any advice or have dealt with a similar situation, PLEASE HELP!!!

Jumpers!

Speaking of jumpers... My husband wanted a peek at the website to help me pick out an outfit. He went straight for the jumpers! He especially liked the Fashionista "Short Jumper". Enough said!!

Beautiful Weather!

It was such a nice day in Madison today! The snow is finally melting. It got up to almost 70 degrees which is a very huge change from being in the 20's and snowy. Today I wore Jean Capri's and the Charlotte Tarantola "Emmy Stripe Hoodie." I wore it with a simple white tank top underneath that has strings that fall from the center to tie into a bow, so with the hoodie unbuttoned you could see the bow (kinda hard to describe, but it looks cute!) It was nice to put the winter jacket away for the last few days, but I hear it's supposed to get cold again later this week... boo :(!

Jumpers

The jumpers are one of the hottest items for spring/summer 07. I see them everywhere in NY!!!!The Lure "Dynamite" Short Jumper is super cute! I love the sleeves and the tiger detail. The way that it is worn with heels is hot, and think that it would look great dressed down with a pair of flip flops.
