Parameter Tunic Top. . . !

Hi Jessica: Was Tara Reid wearing that Sky top as a dress? How low does it go and should a person do that! I love the top but I'm not sure I could pull it off as a dress.

What I love is the Parameter Swiss Dot Tunic you have on here. The squared neckline and the cap sleeve are very popular now. With leggings or skinny jeans, this top would be addorable.
