I feel like all I can blog about right now is how cold it is in WI!! As of right now it is -4 degrees, with a windchill of -22 degrees. You have to be kidding me!! I haven't gone outside yet, and I really don't want to. Tonight I'll be going downtown, which usually means walking from place to place. We'll definitely be taking cabs!!
I agree with Julie - the new yellow Susana top is a must-have for spring! I think it would be adorable for the beach paired with these Billy Blues shorts (which are on sale for $45!!!).
Unfortunately the beach will have to wait a few months - we had a huge snow storm here in D.C. last night. I have dinner reservations tonight with friends - and I will be bundled up! It's tough to look cute AND stay warm - but this red sweater by urchin is the perfect answer to both! I wear mine all the time, and get complimented on it constantly. I am definitely wearing it out tonight!
I'm SO in love with the new Susana items!! This yellow top is so adorable! I tried it on and it's SO comfy (as all Susana Monaco items are.) The color is gorgeous, yellow is so in for spring! I love this top paired with the ABS "Kate" Jean. Great outfit, Jess!

To answer your question Amanda, my favorite way to relax is stress free shopping actually! Not the kind of shopping where you have to find the perfect present or outfit for the night, but the kind of shopping where you can go from store to store browsing around, maybe finding something and maybe not.
Like Julie said, every time I'm home in Madison we make a (long) stop at J. Lamore. When I was there two weeks ago, I tried on this amazing pink dress by Susana Monaco. Needless to say, it is even more gorgeous in person. I have to have it for spring horse-races and summer bbqs.

Things like the Susana Monaco "Shoulder Pleat" Top, Qi Cashmere "Granite Cardigan" Sweater and the Sky "Fenris" Top are all SO adorable and so affordable!! I think my next purchase (which now can come sooner then later since they are so cheap) will be the Boutique 9 "Natural Pony" Pump's. I've been eyeing these forever and now that they're only $68 dollars I can afford 'em!
On the weekdays, I am a T-shirt and jeans kind of girl- I love it when I find a T-shirt that is not so boring! I love the ruffle detail on the collar of this Blake Standard shirt, and the color is so versatile- wear it with black or blue jeans now, and white jeans in the spring!

How did I never notice how cute these pants were before?? While in the store today I saw the Billy Blues "Rhinestone Button" Pant and oh my gosh! They are SO cute!!!
